• Equipment must not be moved outside of the soft play area.

We take cleaning and sanitizing our luxury soft play equipment very seriously to ensure a safe and fun play experience for all the little ones. Here's how we go about it:

1. After each event, we conduct a thorough cleaning of all our play equipment. We use gentle yet effective cleaning solutions to wipe down every surface, ensuring that any dirt or germs are removed.

2. Once the equipment is clean, we then go in with a sanitizing solution. This step is crucial in killing any remaining bacteria or germs that may be present. We use safe, child-friendly sanitizers to make sure the equipment is ready for the next adventure.

3. After cleaning and sanitizing, we allow the equipment to fully air dry. This helps to further eliminate any lingering moisture that can potentially harbor bacteria.

4. Before we rent out the equipment again, we always perform a final quality check to ensure everything is in tip-top shape and ready for the next party.

Oh no, what if the skies decide to sprinkle right on the day of your little one's party? Don't worry, at Little Dream Play, we've got you covered - literally! Our equipment is perfect for indoor setups too.

However, if a back-up indoor setup is not available, we will not setup outdoors if there is a chance of rain in the forecast. Weather-related cancellations are available for reschedule within one year of the event. Deposits will not be refunded, but are credited towards your rescheduled booking.

Modifications and cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours of the event date. Deposits are non-refundable, but will be credited towards your rescheduled booking date. Rescheduling will be based on availability.
